Terms of Service
The terms for using Media Hub and its automatically collected content.
Using the service
By using this website, you agree to these terms. Media Hub automatically collects third-party RSS and Atom feed headlines, excerpts, dates and links. It is an aggregation service, not a newsroom, and does not claim ownership of publishers' articles or trademarks.
Information and attribution
Stories are collected automatically, without manual editorial review. Feed content can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. Inclusion is not an endorsement. Consult the original publisher for the full report and corrections. Content is for general information, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Publisher rights and external sites
Rights in source material remain with their respective owners. Attribution and links identify the source; they do not grant permission to republish the original work. Publisher websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, overload its infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and expiry
Stories expire after 10 days. The home edition rotates every 6 hours. Sources, topics and content may change, and the service may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Digests and the archive are not permanent records.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims warranties and liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service or linked content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current terms are available on this page; continued use is subject to the updated terms.
